Shipping

United States
Standard — $8, then 2–5 days by USPS. Free on orders of $70 or more. Express — $15, then 1–2 day USPS Priority Express. Both count from when your part is printed, 3–5 business days after you order.

Worldwide
Quoted live at checkout through USPS, DHL Express or FedEx. Customs duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are not included in what you pay us.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

How the price works

The price is worked out from the material your part needs: the page estimates the filament weight from the model itself (walls, top and bottom layers, and the infill you choose) and applies our per-gram rate for that material. Turn up the strength and the price rises with the extra material; scale the part down and it falls. What you see is what you pay — there is no revised quote afterwards unless the file turns out to need something the page could not see, and then we message you before printing.

Prices start at $1. A part that would cost more than $300, or is bigger than our printers, is quoted by hand instead.

Every file is opened in the slicer before it goes on a printer. If it is not watertight, needs heavy supports, or will not print well as sent, we message you first with options. You will never be charged more without agreeing to it.

Made to order — when it ships

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your part is printed after you order, which is why it takes a few days and why the detail holds up.

Most orders are printed, finished and on their way within 3–5 business days. Large or unusually solid parts and multi-item orders take longer, simply because there is more to print.

Need it by a particular date? Message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Returns & damaged prints

Print My STL orders are custom work printed from your own file, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the part arrives damaged or wrong, email shopify@prinstey.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it at no cost.
