Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order. Nothing ships instantly.

Processing time

Most orders are printed, finished and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Larger sizes (11" and 13"), the Big 1:3 T-Rex, and multi-item orders take longer, simply because they spend longer on the printer. If something is going to take unusually long, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

United States

• Standard — $8
• Free on orders of $70 or more
• Express — $15

International

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated live at checkout through USPS, DHL Express or FedEx, based on your destination and the contents of the parcel.

Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are set by your own country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email shopify@prinstey.com and we will chase the carrier and, if it is genuinely lost, reprint your order.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us before the order is dispatched — once it has gone we cannot redirect it.
