By placing an order with Prinstey you agree to the following.

What we make

Prinstey produces 3D-printed replicas, display pieces and custom-printed parts, made to order. Colours, surface finish and layer texture vary slightly between prints — this is inherent to 3D printing and is not a defect. Product photographs are representative, not exact.

Replicas

Our dinosaur skulls are scale replicas modelled on real specimens. They are decorative and educational objects. They are not fossils, not museum casts, and are not sold as scientific instruments.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or description was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Custom work

For custom prints you are responsible for having the right to reproduce whatever you send us. We will not knowingly print anything that infringes a third party’s intellectual property, is a functional firearm or firearm component, or is illegal where you are.

Custom quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. If a file turns out to be substantially more difficult than described — unusually dense, support-heavy, or larger than stated — we will come back to you with a revised quote before printing, and refund you in full if you would rather not proceed.

Your files

Files you upload are used solely to produce your order. We do not resell, redistribute or publish them. We may show photographs of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to — just say so.

Safety

Skull replicas and display pieces are decorative objects, not toys. Articulated and flexi pieces are sold as toys but contain small parts and are not suitable for young children; the flexi lizard is a cat toy and should be replaced once chewed. PLA softens in high heat and prints should be kept out of direct sunlight and hot cars. See our Care Instructions.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a printed part. Parts intended for structural, load-bearing, medical or safety-critical use are supplied on the basis that the customer is responsible for validating them as fit for that purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
