How it is made
Made in-house, one layer at a time
Every order is printed here, on our own bench of Bambu Lab machines — with a resin printer alongside them for the fine work — not outsourced to a print broker who has never seen the model.
Several skulls start as scans of real, catalogued specimens; the others are sculpted models of the species. Either way the model gets oriented so the layer lines fall along the bone rather than across it, supported only where it truly needs it, and printed at a layer height fine enough that the surface reads as bone rather than as plastic. Then it is cleaned up by hand, checked against the model, and packed.
A 5" skull is a few hours. A 13" is well over a day. The Big 1:3 T-Rex is a project.

We start from your file, a sketch, photos, measurements — or the physical part itself.
Printed in-house on our Bambu Lab farm, in whichever of the seventeen materials actually suits the job.
Finish & check
Supports removed, seams cleaned, and the result checked against the model before it goes anywhere.
Pack & ship
Braced and padded so the thin parts survive the trip — then tracked to your door.
